3. Subscription Terms

Plantiva AI offers premium subscription services with enhanced features:

• Priority customer support
• Ad-free experience

Payment and Billing:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for unused portions of subscription periods
• You retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period
• All refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with our AI systems
• Not share or resell your account access

• Sharing login credentials with others

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plantiva AI shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of plants, crops, or gardening investments
• Business interruption or loss of profits
• Data loss or corruption
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship:

• By You: Cancel subscription anytime through Apple ID settings
• By Us: For violation of Terms, with notice when possible
• Effect: Loss of access to premium features and stored data
• Data: You have 30 days to export your data after termination

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation as the first step
• Binding arbitration if negotiation fails
• Courts of competent jurisdiction as a last resort
